running for Causes...
When a runner commits to a huge undertaking like running 50 or 100 miles, he/she often does so with a larger goal in mind than simply finishing the race: runners tend to run to shed light on, and raise money for, issues and causes bigger than themselves.
At the DAYTONA 100 and DAYTONA 50, we are proud so many of our runners are using DAYTONA as an opportunity to raise money for causes and charities near and dear to their hearts.
Here are some of the incredible charities this year's DAYTONA runners will be raising money and awareness for, through participation in this year's race. (Click on each image for more information, and how to donate...)
